It’s the opposite. The more you know to do without them the more employable you are. AI has no learning curve, not at the current level of complexity anyway. So anyone can pick it up in 5 years and if you’ve used it less your brain is better.
With all due respect, claiming “AI has no learning curve” can be an effective litmus test to see who has actually dig into agentic AI enough to give it a real evaluation. Once you start to peel back the layers of how to get good output you understand just how much skill is involved. Its very similar to being a “good googler”. Yeah on its face it seems like it shouldn’t be a thing but absolutely there are levels to it, and its a skill that must be learned.
