I'm curious how folks imagine this relates to legal issues, such as the perennial section 702 battles. Is it possible that a future functional Congress might be able to finally end warrantless wiretapping by pointing to this massive intrusive criminal activity? It seems evident that this exercise can only ever lead to leveraging that system to further harm Americans.
I think this is bombastic. What information could they have that Meta, data brokers, and companies have about us already? I just don't see the concern. No one has privacy
