The problem is, you don't get to pick the people who leave.

Probably for most companies, losing 10% of the workforce could either have little impact on productivity (or even a positive impact) or be devastating. It entirely depends on which 10%.


Really poor way to do it, since the people with the lowest cost to leaving are the ones that Tesla probably wants to stick around the most.


Seems more like the natural progression of Elon turning into a boomer stereotype.
