Yes, you can. As long as you have a valid visa with TRV stamp on the passport and original Permit with expiry more than 3 months away, you do not need any reason to enter in Canada.
P.S. You cannot have VISA without Permit, VISA expiry does not matter if Permit expiry is less than associated VISA, so in your case, check both expiry.
Thank you so much for your help. But my work permit is not an open work permit. I can only work in a certain workplace, but I worked for 6 months, left that workplace and returned to my country.
Now I have a visa again but I have no job. Will I experience any problems when entering the country?
In a certain workplace is different than a specific company/firm. If your employer's name or company name is written on your work permit, then you should consult with an expert immigration lawyer before planning to visit Canada.
Please refer this for more information on what are your chances to change work permit condition.
1. Getting a job directly in western/developed countries is much harder than people think.
2. Forget about getting sponsorship for visa, even if you get a job (in some cases employer does it but you have to be the one exceptional case)
3. If I were you, I would go for further study in western/developed countries and then path to permanent visa via employment.
4. Every major city in western/developed countries has good public transportation.
5. Canada: All cities of Greater Toronto area has reliable pub. trans. same case with other provinces (I live here)
5. Driving car in Canada is not hard compare to Nepal or India (trust me I have driven in all these three countries), most of cars are automatic here, and driving is straight forward if you follow the rules.
6. If you're looking for good weather then, Australia and South Part of USA is better options while most southern part of Canada is colder than Nepal in winter.
7. Immigration in USA is very very difficult even via student visa and sponsorship and don't mention how expensive it is to study in USA.
Yeah right, because the problem is they are already successful and it's depressing knowing 'what they do'. While normal people try to be successful might not have access/time/money to do 'stuffs' usually successful people do, funny but hard truth.
I would recommend
1) To get internal SSD, as you mentioned. Pen drive can be lost, break, corrupt (drop the idea)
2) Get Portable SSD/HDD
3) There are online storage available for free to cheap i.e. mega.nz, pcloud.com, google drive, dropbox depending on the speed and reliability of internet.
I am not in position to spend that much amount for University and time for masters. That is why I am going through partTime self-learning. You're right tho.
