On their blog, they state contradictory statements. On one hand, it's being said to adjust for mild to moderate hearing, while in the next sentence, they claim to be clinical-grade. While the claims can be argued against semantics however this is downright misleading. Yet another sandwich served by apple gilded in gold foil.

As for the subject itself you seem to be overreacting. Delphi and FreePascal/Lazarus are very decent tools.
I literally went over the entire thing and tried to find anything which is adding value and did not find any. As of now I see this project as novelty or a hobby project. He was accused of 'hate mongering' by a certain subset of people. The only thing he did was posting a pic with some people and one of the woman in the pic was holding a sign stating "#SmashBrahminicalPatriarchy" which is basically against the caste system in India and aligns well with the Indian Constitution. The people who were butthurt by this are the radical elements which are constantly degrading the image of Indians inside as well as outside India
